The problem

When GESY stops, the counter shouldn’t.

The national system is sometimes slow, and sometimes offline. The customers at your counter are still there, and so is the work.

PRAESI is designed with an offline prescription queue and pay-now, claim-later receipts, so the claim can be resubmitted once GESY is back.

Until GESY approves the connection, prescriptions run as a clearly labelled practice simulation. Nothing is sent to GESY.

How a switch works

One weekend. Open on Monday.

A free Switch Weekend: we move your data and train your team at no cost. This is the order it happens in.

  1. Friday evening

    With your authorisation, we copy your data from your current system.

  2. Saturday

    We check record counts against tolerances agreed with you in advance.

  3. Sunday

    Training for you and your team.

  4. Monday

    You go live, with our engineer on site until Wednesday.

GESY on day one, once approved. Once PRAESI's GESY and KOEF connections are approved, we check a GESY prescription and a KOEF pack verification end to end before your doors open. If they do not work, our engineer stays on site at our cost until they do.

GESY and KOEF connections: not yet approved; our requests are being submitted. Until both are approved this guarantee does not apply, and we will not switch a pharmacy that depends on them.

Every prescription shows where it is and the one next step. The pharmacist checks before anything is handed over, and leaving a screen never loses your work.

PRAESI Go

Your team, on their phones.

PRAESI Go guides picking with a scan of the order and of every pack. It stops on the wrong or an expired product, and nothing leaves before the pharmacist has checked it.

Every pack, by batch and expiry.

Stock is kept by batch and expiry, first-expiry-first-out, with reservations for prescriptions that are waiting. Suppliers, orders and receiving are built; sending orders electronically needs each wholesaler's agreement.

Questions

Before you switch.

Is my price locked?

Yes. Your price is locked for 24 months from go-live. After that, increases are capped at the lower of 5% or Cyprus inflation (CPI). Founding pharmacies keep Core at €99 a month for 36 months. Offer terms.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices exclude VAT, and VAT at 19% is added: Core is €129 a month excluding VAT, €153.51 with VAT.

Who owns the data?

You do. The pharmacy is the controller of its customers' and patients' data, and PRAESI TECHNOLOGIES LTD acts as processor under a written agreement. You can export all your data, any time, free of charge.

Mac or Windows?

Both. There are desktop apps for macOS and Windows. Keep the Windows PCs you already have, or choose new hardware.

Does it work with GESY today?

GESY and KOEF connections: not yet approved; our requests are being submitted. Features that need GESY or KOEF work only after those connections are approved; until then the product shows them as clearly labelled simulations, and we will not switch a pharmacy that depends on them.

How does switching work?

A free Switch Weekend: with your authorisation we copy your data on Friday, check it on Saturday, train your team on Sunday, and you go live on Monday. The first 2 months are free if you go live within 12 months of our launch, and exit fees from your current provider are reimbursed up to €500 once you have lawfully ended your contract. The switch offer.

Is there a referral programme?

On the roadmap Coming soon. A business-to-business invoice credit between pharmacies, starting once the Cyprus Pharmaceutical Association has given its view. No credits are earned until then. Recommend a colleague.

Do I need new hardware?

No. Keep the PCs, scanners and printers you have. If you would like new equipment, we quote it separately at close to cost. It is never required.

Is there a minimum term?

No minimum term and no exit fee from us. Pay monthly, or yearly for about 10% less.
