Offer terms

1. Prices and VAT

Offers are for pharmacy businesses in Cyprus. Prices are in euro, per pharmacy, and exclude VAT; VAT at the applicable rate (currently 19%) is added. There are no per-prescription, per-pack or per-transaction fees. The only variable charges are cost-based: messages beyond an included quota, and hardware you choose to buy.

2. Price lock and CPI cap

Your subscription price is fixed for 24 months from your go-live date. After that, any increase in a 12-month period is capped at the lower of 5% or the annual change in the Cyprus consumer price index (CPI) published by the Cyprus Statistical Service.

3. No minimum term; data export

There is no minimum term. You may pay monthly, or yearly in advance at about 10% less. You can export all your data in a machine-readable format at any time, free of charge, and we charge no exit fee.

4. Founding pharmacies

The offer is open to the first 25–30 pharmacies that sign a written order marked “Founding Pharmacy”, and ends when the places are filled. It gives the Core plan at €99 a month excluding VAT, fixed for 36 months from go-live; after that the Core list price then in force applies. It includes quarterly roadmap sessions and, only with the pharmacy's written consent, a listing on this site. Founding status is recognition only: no cash, gift or personal benefit is given to anyone, and every founding pharmacy has the same terms.

5. Switch offer

Migration during a Switch Weekend is free of charge. The first 2 monthly subscription fees are waived for pharmacies that go live within 12 months of our commercial launch; this is a time-limited promotional discount and the launch date will be published on this site.

The “GESY works on day one” guarantee applies only once PRAESI's GESY and KOEF connections have been approved. Under it, before the pharmacy opens on its first day we check a GESY prescription and a KOEF pack verification end to end; if either does not work, our engineer stays on site at our cost until it does. GESY and KOEF connections: not yet approved; our requests are being submitted.

6. Exit-fee reimbursement

We reimburse documented early-termination charges invoiced by your previous software provider, up to €500 per pharmacy, as a credit against your PRAESI subscription invoices, not in cash. It applies only after you have lawfully terminated your previous contract under its own terms, and on receipt of a copy of the charge and of your termination notice. It does not cover unpaid fees for services already received, or charges arising from a breach of contract. We never ask a pharmacy to break a contract or to stop paying under one.

7. Recommend a colleague

The programme starts only after the Cyprus Pharmaceutical Association has given its view on it; until then no credits are earned. When a referred pharmacy has been live for 60 days, both the referring and the referred pharmacy receive one month of their own plan as an invoice credit, up to 12 months of credit per pharmacy per year. Credits are commercial discounts between businesses. No cash, vouchers, gifts, travel or personal benefits are given to a pharmacist, an employee or a family member; nothing is conditional on dispensing, substitution or purchasing; and we never publish material comparing one pharmacy with another. If the Association objects to any element, we will change or withdraw the programme.

8. Pharmacies with several sites

Trade-union pharmacies that operate more than one site pay the full plan price for the first site and 30% less for each additional site.

9. Hardware

Hardware is optional and quoted separately, at close to cost, in a written quotation. A subscription never requires buying hardware from PRAESI.

10. PRAESI Pay

PRAESI Pay is coming soon, subject to agreement with Viva.com. It will be optional. While a pharmacy's card payments run through it, the pharmacy will receive a €20 monthly credit on its PRAESI subscription.

11. Promotions are time-limited and documented

Every promotion is time-limited and documented on this page, including when it starts and ends. We may end a promotion for new orders; this does not change an order already signed.

12. Availability and regulatory approvals

Some features depend on approvals or agreements from third parties, such as the Health Insurance Organisation (GESY), KOEF, wholesalers, payment and messaging providers, and tax authorities. Their availability is subject to those approvals, which we do not control and for which we cannot promise dates. Each feature's current status is shown on the features page.
