Every plan includes everything the law requires. Each feature below says whether it is available in the pilot, waiting for someone else's approval, or still on the roadmap.

Built and tested with fictional data, and part of the pilot build we are preparing with our first pharmacies. Not yet in general release.
Awaiting approval
Needs approval or an agreement from an outside party, such as GESY, KOEF, a wholesaler, a payment or messaging provider, or an accountant. We do not control when that happens.

How we label

The labels follow our internal feature register as of 30 September 2026. GESY and KOEF connections: not yet approved; our requests are being submitted. Features that need GESY or KOEF work only after those connections are approved; until then the product shows them as clearly labelled simulations.

How it is designed

  • Speed. The screen answers at once and shows what it already knows.
  • Keyboard and scanner first. A scan is always one action; every frequent task has a key.
  • One board, sorted by what needs doing next. No per-person timers.
  • Interruptions are normal. Leaving a screen does not lose your work.
  • Status in words. Never colour alone.
  • Plain Greek and English. No developer codes on screen.
