Founding terms

Prices exclude VAT; VAT at 19% is added. Some included features are still awaiting approval or on the roadmap: see every feature and its availability.

In every plan

  • No per-prescription, per-pack or per-transaction fees.
  • Unlimited users and tills.
  • No minimum term. Pay monthly, or yearly for about 10% less.
  • Your price is locked for 24 months from go-live. After that, increases are capped at the lower of 5% or Cyprus inflation (CPI).
  • Export all your data, any time, free of charge.
  • Trade-union pharmacies with several sites: each additional site 30% less (Core €90.30 · Plus €139.30 · Pro €195.30 a month, excl. VAT).

Hardware, only if you want it

Keep the Windows PCs, scanners and printers you already have. If you would like new equipment, such as a Mac mini or Windows mini-PC, a 2D barcode scanner or label and receipt printers, we quote it separately at close to cost. It is never required.

PRAESI Pay Coming soon

Optional card payments through Viva.com on Interchange++ pricing, with the acquirer's margin printed on our price list, and a €20 monthly credit on your PRAESI subscription while you use it. Never required.
